Construction FAQs

  • Works on site commenced in July 1, 2025.

  • From March 2025, the existing retailers will vacate as the buildings and car park on the corner of Manning & Wellington St will be demolished to facilitate site works.

    From Apr – Sept 2025 excavation will occur for the 2 levels of basement and construction of the piling system to the basement perimeter. 

    Construction will then continue from Sept 2025, with anticipated completion in Q4 2026.

  • Construction is anticipated for completion in Q4 2026. 

  • The retailers will vacate from March 2025, with all the favourites (and more!) returning to contemporary new fit-outs in the Mos Lane Village on completion.

  • Yes the IGA, pharmacy, fish & chips and BWS will return to the new Mos Lane Village, alongside some exciting new offers that will be announced shortly.

  • The much-loved Mosman Park Pharmacy will relocate to 118 Wellington Street during the construction phase, and will return to the new Mos Lane village upon completion
